Storytime is a 30-minute interactive session for preschoolers and their parents or carers. Enjoy stories, singing rhymes and songs, and other fun activities.
Every Tuesday at 11.00 am during school term.

Rock & Rhyme is a 30-minute interactive session for babies and toddlers aged 0-24 months with their parents or carers. Enjoy rhymes, rhythm and fun with nursery room favourites.
Every Wednesday at 10.30 am during school term.

Reading Together
A weekly program for parents and their preschool children. Come along and hear stories, sing songs, and take part in fun pre-reading activities and borrow books.
Every Friday at 10.00am to 11.00am during school term.

Glenorchy Scrabble Club
The Glenorchy Scrabble Club is always looking for new members. All levels of experience are welcome to come along for a fun afternoon.
Every Tuesday from 12.30pm to 4.00pm.

Good Neighbour Council of Tasmania
Celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Good Neighbour Council. The theme of the display is migrants, and will contain a collection of artwork and newspaper clippings of migrant stories.

The Glenorchy LINC will be holding training sessions for people who would like to learn about Facebook. It will focus on the following areas:

History of Hobart
Talk and Slide Show
Local historian and author Colin Dennison will be giving a talk accompanied by a slide-show about the history of Hobart at the Glenorchy LINC.
The first part of the talk will be on 'Hotels in Macquarie Street and Davey Street', to be followed by No. 2 in his brand new 'Yesterday's Hobart Today' series.
