| The aims of the group are to form a link between the Library and the community. To achieve this, members work within the community to raise and enhance the profile of the Library.
Committee members meet monthly to discuss and organise activities which focus on libraries, books and reading, and the provision of financial support for projects related to these, where appropriate. Membership of FOLK is open to all registered users of the Library who wish to support the group’s aims. There is a $10 joining fee and an annual subscription fee of $5.00 for adult members. Life membership can be obtained for a total cost of $25.00. |
