Our volunteer program provides a friendly environment in which volunteers work alongside staff to provide enhanced access to our collections, services and programs. Library volunteers require no essential qualifications except enthusiasm and a willingness to support the State Library.
How the Program works
Volunteer work is organised into specific projects. Each project usually runs for several months and is supervised by an experienced staff member.
