The silver and ceramic objects featured in these photomontages come from the Allport’s decorative arts collections. They are all on display in the rooms and showcases of the Allport Library and Museum of Fine Arts.
The recipes and household hints are taken from books and pamphlets in the collections of the Tasmaniana and WL Crowther Libraries. The original works are on display in the Tasmaniana Library on the second floor of the State Library.
