Fees according to the following rates per meeting room must be paid in advance. They include kitchen and/or equipment hire.

Prepaid fees will be refunded where a booking is cancelled by the State Library Any additional costs associated with the use of meeting rooms outside of library opening hours will be charged to the organisation/s. Furniture and equipment specified and available at the time of booking will be provided, but arrangement and setup must be carried out by the hirer. Furniture and equipment available includes (may vary between libraries): Tables; Chairs; Pantry, TV, Video Recorder, DVD, Overhead Projector, Slide Projector, Electronic Whiteboard, Film Projector. |
