If you have changed your email address lately, please complete the following form so we can update our records. A printable version of this form is available to download if you don't wish to submit it electronically.
You can also use this form to notify library staff that you would like to receive your hold notifications via email. This is recommended for prompt notification of holds.
Please note: school email addresses should be avoided because of the lack of access during school holidays.
