Can I use E-mail?

Access to web-based e-mail is restricted to a limited number of PCs in the large libraries and those libraries that are not close to an Online Access Centre. Provision of e-mail is not a priority for the State Library but is provided as an additional service where there is no other means of access in the nearby community.
