This online exhibition was part of the Bicentennial celebration of local history. It showed streets around the state as they were 50 years ago, and as they are today.
The public were asked to submit photos, as well as any anecdotes and memories of the place photographed.
This exhibition has now finished and the photographs are preserved by the website Our Digital Island at http://odi.statelibrary.tas.gov.au
